Learn more about Volunteering

You are invited to our 1 hour introduction to volunteering as a supervised parenting time supervisor.  You will learn about CVP, what we do, how we do it, and why volunteers are so important to making a difference.  All orientation meetings start at 6 pm.  One meeting is in Brighton at 1st Presbyterian Church of Brighton and the other three are located at Central Presbyterian Church in downtown Denver.  If you are ready to attend the classroom part of the training, you can register for the volunteer training you would like to attend after the orientation.

Convinced you want to help? Attend a Volunteer Training Session

You are invited to learn how to be a supervised parenting time supervisor.  In the volunteer training you will learn about the importance of healthy relationship between children and parents, the effects of Domestic Violence, drug/alcohol abuse, separation from a parent, and why supervised parenting time is necessary for some families.  After you have completed the classroom training, you will shadow with a current volunteer until you are comfortable and ready to take a family of your own. All sessions start at 6:00 pm except Saturdays which are from 10 am - noon.
